This is one of several Jev listings for the same project. The canonical entry is TypeSafe SDK Go — Tangerg.

About this project

Go SDK for TypeSafe AI — deterministic evaluation models that answer classification and rating questions about any text or JSON you already have. Ask up to dozens of questions in one call, and get back probabilities, labels, and rubric scores instead of free-form text you have to parse. Standard library only. net/http, encoding/json, and log/slog. No runtime dependencies. Concurrency-safe by construction. A Client holds no per-request state and pools connections; every call takes a context.Context.

Quoted from the project's README. Read the full README.

Highlights

  • No runtime dependencies beyond net/http, encoding/json, and log/slog; requires Go 1.26 or newer.
  • Concurrency-safe Client with pooled connections; every call takes a context.Context.
  • Jittered backoff honoring Retry-After capped at a minute, plus an optional overall budget.
  • Typed answers and errors via errors. As, SystemOneAs[T] models, and cmd/typesafe with JSON or text output.

Watch out

Needs a TYPESAFE_API_KEY and network access; Choice accepts up to 255 options and Score needs 2-10 levels. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.

Closed weights have not stopped the ecosystem from rebuilding the shape in the open. API-compatible servers, retrained heads on small models, and inference-time tricks that skip generation entirely.
