About this project

gosys1 is a Go client (SDK) for TypeSafe's SystemOne API, which runs TypeSafe's Jev models. You send a piece of content as state plus one or more typed questions (yes/no, multiple choice or a graded score) and get back structured, typed answers instead of parsing JSON by hand. It uses only the Go standard library and comes with retries, typed errors and configuration through the same TYPESAFE environment variables as the official SDKs.

Quoted from the project's README. Read the full README.

Highlights

  • Sends one state with many named Noul, Choice, and Score questions and keys answers by those names on the wire.
  • Accepts structured JSON state, rejects blank or duplicate names and bare scalars locally, and offers single-question shortcuts.
  • Reads probabilities, rankings, nearest levels, labels, legends, and confidence without panicking on missing or mistyped answers.
  • Configures key, base URL, model, timeout, retries, headers, and body through env plus immutable derived clients.

Watch out

Independent community client with no TypeSafe affiliation; thresholds and policy stay in caller code and context deadlines stop retries. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.

Closed weights have not stopped the ecosystem from rebuilding the shape in the open. API-compatible servers, retrained heads on small models, and inference-time tricks that skip generation entirely.
