A 144.3M-parameter bilingual typed decision model fine-tuned from jhu-clsp/mmBERT-small: it answers noul, choice, and score questions in one forward pass with calibrated confidence and zero output tokens, and it runs on CPU.
Jev Models & Reimplementations#community#catalog-import#cobanov
10GitHub stars
A native Swift implementation of OpenJev, the Jev-compatible typed-decision server: send a state and typed questions over a Jev-compatible HTTP API and read every answer from model probabilities, on Apple silicon Macs or inside iPhone and Mac apps.
Jev Repos & SDKs#community#catalog-import#cobanov
6GitHub stars
Plugs Jev-style decision models into published rerankers as a fast primitive: one forward pass over k candidates, zero decoded tokens. On T2Ranking it reports up to 22x faster matches than a generative listwise reranker at 2.9x the nDCG@10.

Probabilistic control flow for TypeScript: Hunch asks a System One model such as Jev yes/no questions, thresholded booleans, picks and ratings, and returns typed answers you can branch on in ordinary code.
Jev Repos & SDKs#community#catalog-import#cobanov
1GitHub stars
A Chrome extension that sorts Hacker News comments into buckets you define: Jev answers one Choice question per comment in about 300 ms, and each comment gets a coloured label with its bucket and probability.
Jev Tools & CLIs#community#catalog-import#yibie
A GitHub Action that reviews every pull request with TypeSafe Jev and fails the check when it finds a problem. It asks four yes/no questions about each part of the diff and compares files that look duplicated, catching secrets, vulnerabilities, needless complexity and prompt injection.
Jev Integrations & Adapters#community#catalog-import#yibie
0GitHub stars
A testing app and CLI for chat endpoints: send messages to any chat API, watch replies stream in as a conversation, and check every reply with rule checks (JSONPath, latency, tokens, cost, tool calls) and judged checks including TypeSafe's System One. Export the suites as files and run them in CI.
Jev Tools & CLIs#community#catalog-import#yibie
A website companion's code: a page's actions are offered as WebMCP tools, a visitor's request becomes one Jev Choice, and a three.js voxel character hops to the button and does it.
Jev Demos & Experiments#community#catalog-import#cobanov
0GitHub stars
A git pre-commit hook that asks TypeSafe Jev whether each new file belongs in your repo, catching scratch scripts, debug dumps, build output and local config before they land. Local rules run first, so .env and .DS_Store are matched locally and never sent anywhere.
Jev Tools & CLIs#community#catalog-import#cobanov
0GitHub stars
A Claude Code mod that adds $.jev to the engine so other mods can ask TypeSafe Jev typed Choice, Score and Noul questions and get calibrated probabilities back. Answers are validated against their questions, keys are kept in the keychain, and calls time out at 4 seconds by default.

An e-commerce after-sales customer-service agent built on the learn-claude-code skeleton. Every turn asks Jev for the customer's intent with a confidence and a needs-human probability in one call, and a pure-code gate sends low-confidence cases to a human before the LLM runs.

An open-source no-limit Texas Hold'em game for two to six human and AI players, with TypeSafe Jev, Equity Rules, Upright Eevo and configurable LLM bots as opponents. The poker engine stays authoritative for cards, turns, betting, pots and winners.
Jev Tools & CLIs#community#catalog-import#yibie
0GitHub stars
A Codex and Claude Code Stop hook that detects overloaded multi-topic messages and forces the agent to present issues one at a time with context and missing info, using two Jev Choice questions behind confidence thresholds.
Jev Integrations & Adapters#community#catalog-import#cobanov
An OpenCode V2 plugin that asks TypeSafe Jev whether a prompt is deterministic before the LLM reasons, injecting a JEV PRE-ANALYSIS block and temperature 0 for deterministic turns so simple prompts skip chain-of-thought. Jev failures fail open and the session continues normally.
Jev Integrations & Adapters#community#catalog-import#yibie

A pre-action gate for tool-using agents that decides allow, confirm or block with deterministic rules before a neural decider, plus a CDP browser loop whose decider swaps between hosted Jev and a local System One-compatible server through environment variables alone.

A benchmark comparing TypeSafe Jev with Claude Haiku 4.5 as input guardrails across jailbreak, evasion and benign prompts, measuring detection rates, false positives, latency and cost. At n=1,000 Jev traded some detection for a 328 ms median latency and $0.03 per 1K calls versus Haiku's 2,066 ms and $1.87.

Local spam and phishing triage for a Proton Mail Bridge inbox on macOS: Jev answers two questions per new message, answers are recorded in dry-run by default, and mail moves to a Jev Review folder only if you turn that on. Nothing is ever deleted.

How entries are chosen

Every entry is reviewed against the same bar, whether it comes from TypeSafe or the community.

  • Public and working — no paywalls, sign-up walls, or dead links.
  • Concrete — it has to be about Jev and the System One API, not generic LLM content.
  • Useful today — something a developer can learn from or use right now.
  • Distinct — if a similar entry exists, the description has to say what makes this one different: a different runtime, a cheaper path, a measured result, or a narrower focus.
  • Documented — repos state their license, and docs are in English or carry an English summary.

Spam, affiliate links, and thin AI-generated content are rejected. New entries are expected to ship with a deep dive: two to five highlights, caveats, a quickstart snippet where one helps, and a verification date. Star counts are refreshed when an entry is touched.

Common questions

Short answers about Jev and how this directory works.

What is the Jev AI model?

Jev is TypeSafe AI's first System One model — an AI model that takes a state plus typed questions and returns one structured answer per question: a choice, an ordered score, or the probability of yes, with calibrated confidence on Choice and Score answers. Code can branch on the result without parsing generated text.

What is the difference between Choice, Score, and Noul?

They are the three question primitives. Choice picks one of up to 255 options, Score rates on 2 to 10 ordered levels, and Noul answers yes or no. Choice and Score answers carry a confidence between 0 and 1; a Noul answer is the probability of yes.

Which Jev SDKs and client libraries are available?

TypeSafe maintains official JavaScript/TypeScript and Python SDKs plus a Python adapter. The community has built clients for Go, .NET, PHP, Laravel, Rust, Elixir, Ruby, and Scala, along with framework integrations such as DSPy, LlamaIndex, and Home Assistant. All of them are listed in the Repos & SDKs category.

Is the directory free, and is it affiliated with TypeSafe AI?

The directory is free to browse: every entry is reviewed, and spam, affiliate links, and sign-up walls are rejected. JevDirectory.org is community-run and not affiliated with TypeSafe AI — Jev and System One are TypeSafe AI trademarks.

How often is the directory updated?

Entries are added as new resources appear and re-checked when they are touched. The directory currently holds 3739 entries from 292 source sites, last updated Oct 25, 2026.

What is a verified deep dive?

Most entries include a deep dive: two to five highlight bullets someone would only know from using the resource, a caveats note about limits and requirements, an optional quickstart snippet, and the date the link was last checked. 3739 of the 3739 entries carry one today.

For the canonical details, read the official TypeSafe docs and the API reference.
