Padflow Jev Evals

About this project

A small, public benchmark of the decisions PadFlow makes inside software. PadFlow is a SaaS platform for land development companies: schedules, budgets, draws, lot takedowns, document intake, and QuickBooks Online sync. Most of the "intelligence" it needs is not chat. It is a typed decision with a confidence score that the software acts on: post it, or send it to a human.

Quoted from the project's README. Read the full README.

Highlights

  • Three decisions with published schemas: route_document, code_transaction, classify_import_value, each an input object, a decision enum and a confidence.
  • Calibration leads the report: accuracy restricted to the rows a model scored above the 0.90 auto-post threshold, beside cost per decision and p50/p95 latency.
  • run_baseline.py talks to any OpenAI-compatible endpoint with JSON schema output, writes out/<model>.json and prints a markdown row for the table.
  • Anonymization keeps amounts, dates and line-item descriptions, replacing only names, addresses, emails and account numbers with stable placeholders.

Watch out

The published numbers are the least trustworthy part and the README says so. The row counts are 5, 5 and 7 hand-written seed rows; the export from the product found zero human-labeled rows per decision, so the labeled set does not exist yet and neither does the planned public slice of 25 rows. At n=5 one row is 20 points of accuracy, and the README's instruction is to read the columns as proof the runner works and as a shape of the task rather than as a ranking. The auto-post threshold is a product decision, not something the model controls. Data is MIT and released for evaluation use. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.
