Possibly at boundaries: score questions return continuous values while the injected text maps to the nearest integer band, so keep rubric bands wide and unambiguous.

dsh plugin --profile web add github:Excalibur9527/dsh-jev from GitHub, or add a local path for development. You must restart the dsh web host afterwards, because the profile's layer stack is assembled at startup and a running loader will not pick up a new plugin. Verified against DSH 0.1.1-rc.2 with Node 22 or newer, and MIT licensed. A link-style install also needs node scripts/link-deps.mjs to resolve bare package names.

Everything lives in Settings, JEV emotion analysis: enable or disable the call, enable or disable injecting the verdict into context, the API key, the endpoint (default https://api.typesafe.ai/v1/systemone), the model (default jev-latest), an 8,000 ms timeout, a 4,000 character input cap, a behaviour hint appended to the verdict, and the questions themselves in noul, score or choice form. The key is stored in ~/.dsh/settings.yaml marked as a secret and is explicitly stripped before RPC returns, so it never reaches the browser.

It only fires on a step carrying a fresh user message, so tool steps and its own injected context never retrigger it, and identical input within five minutes reuses the result so retries do not double-bill. It listens on no ports at all, only a package-private /dsh-jev RPC channel scoped to loopback, and writes only its own settings.yaml section. The injected verdict stays in the conversation history until compaction; the settings page also has a run test button and a recent-calls list.
