Reference TypeScript integration for Jev that keeps thresholds in your code and confidence bands in the type: a decision builder, runtime response validation, a rule fallback, and an eval CLI that refuses thresholds from thin data.

A reference integration for TypeSafe AI's Jev, the first "System One" model: typed decisions, thresholds that live in your code, and a calibration harness that tells you whether to trust any of it.

Watch out
Nothing in this repository has been run against the real model. The status line states no live API access was available, that the wire contract was taken from TypeSafe's official SDK source, and that the benchmark figures come from independent third-party evaluations. Those benchmarks disagree with each other and are reported as found: on a phishing set Jev scored 62.6% against Claude Haiku 4.5 at 81.3% while a plain regex scored 91.8%, and 2.2% of identical repeated inputs returned a different label. The README's conclusion is that Jev's edge is latency, cost and an interface that cannot break, not accuracy. Cost estimation returns `undefined` by default because the widely-quoted per-million-token input figure is not confirmable from a first-party source, and production use requires pinning a concrete model name since `jev-latest` moves. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.
