This is one of several Jev listings for the same project. The canonical entry is Jev — mayank953.

About this project

Jev turns messy input into decisions your PowerShell scripts can act on. Jev asks typed questions—yes/no, choice, and score—and returns consistent, structured decisions through a PowerShell-friendly interface. It connects PowerShell to TypeSafe AI's Jev model. For a related PowerShell decision module using Perplexity, see PSAIPerplexityDecisions. This repository contains the PowerShell module. Gallery publication is handled separately from GitHub releases. Highlights

  • New-JevQuestion maps Type, Instructions, and Criteria to Jev payloads; helpers cover yes-no, choice, and score shapes.
  • Invoke-Jev enriches state and raises each named answer while retaining the full answers object for later steps.
  • Pipeline input works directly, including event logs, notes files, commits, command help, and deal sheets.
  • Runnable examples cover refund, security, logs, notes, release notes, standup, command finder, deal desk, and paging.

Watch out

Each piped state makes one live request so answers may vary, and the 0.8 paging cutoff plus Review band are example policies, not model defaults. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.

Original write-ups on what this entry is for.

Closed weights have not stopped the ecosystem from rebuilding the shape in the open. API-compatible servers, retrained heads on small models, and inference-time tricks that skip generation entirely.
