About this project

A small, dependency-free .NET client for TypeSafe AI's Jev, a "System One" model that returns typed judgments instead of free text. You send a piece of state and a set of typed questions; you get back typed answers with calibrated confidence, which your code can act on directly.

Quoted from the project's README. Read the full README.

Highlights

  • Built only on System.Net.Http and System.Text.Json against the public TypeSafe endpoint; unofficial build.
  • One request can batch Choice, Score, and Noul together, with independent questions evaluated in parallel.
  • Typed exception hierarchy maps auth, validation, rate-limit, and overload, retrying the retryable ones.
  • Thread-safe client reused across calls, with key, model, timeout, retries, base URL, and handler options.

Watch out

Not yet on NuGet so it must be referenced from source or a local pack; Noul carries no confidence and thresholds must be tuned per action severity. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.

Original write-ups on what this entry is for.

Closed weights have not stopped the ecosystem from rebuilding the shape in the open. API-compatible servers, retrained heads on small models, and inference-time tricks that skip generation entirely.
