About this project

Agents remember. They never un-remember. invalidate fixes that. Live demo: invalidate-playground.vercel.app. Talk to it, or paste facts and events at /paste. The memory was right when it was stored. Then the world changed and nobody told the memory. Every agent with memory collects these, and each one is a wrong answer waiting to happen. Each time something new happens, invalidate checks every stored memory against it and asks one question: is this still true?

Quoted from the project's README. Read the full README.

Highlights

  • Every memory judged against every event with six Jev yes-or-no votes followed by fixed rules in code.
  • Memories never edited: stale items marked superseded or contradicted with verbatim successors and full logs.
  • Questions and instructions change nothing, and uncertain memories go to a human review queue.
  • Adapters for Mem0, Chroma, LangGraph, Markdown notes, vector stores, Letta, and Zep plus demo and local UI.

Watch out

Judgments are probabilistic and borderline cases land in a human review queue instead of being guessed. Host stores keep their data while invalidate keeps a status ledger, and Markdown and vector adapters vary in verification depth. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.
