About this project

Open benchmark and evaluation harness for System One models, typed decision models, and probabilistic decision engines. ReflexBench measures engines such as TypeSafe Jev, Laya, Reflex/Qwen, Kev, jeff and Verdict on typed Choice, Score and Noul/Binary decisions. It also measures a separate question: how much operational value can a small deterministic Reflex Core policy add without changing the model response?

Quoted from the project's README. Read the full README.

Highlights

  • Reports NLL, Brier, ECE, score error, option-order stability, multilingual consistency, and paired bootstrap intervals.
  • Core v1 harness needs only the Python standard library, keeping reproduction dependency-free.
  • Ships machine-readable manifests, receipts, result-submission schema, template, and validator for CI use.
  • Versioned protocol where v1.x adds same-benchmark results and only a new major changes tasks or scoring.

Watch out

Same-corpus receipts, not a universal ranking; hosted and local latency sit on different deployment boundaries reported separately. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.

Most Jev accuracy problems are state problems. What belongs in a state, what is a pre-made judgment to leave out, and why naming the slice you ask about matters more than the wording.
