Definition
Thresholds are how typed answers become decisions: a Noul above 0.9 escalates, a Score above 1.5 flags severity, a confidence below 0.6 routes to support. The docs stress that thresholds are per action, set by the consequences of a wrong classification.
The reliability warning is explicit: a confident answer is not a correct answer, and confidence thresholds tuned on one question type do not transfer to another, because structural identities between primitives are not guaranteed.
