It is a Chrome extension that identifies sponsored segments in Bilibili videos by analyzing subtitles with TypeSafe Jev, and automatically skips them when confidence and structural checks pass. Lower-confidence cases are only marked for manual review.
First, Noul calls over overlapping subtitle windows screen for advertisement candidates. Then the candidates are refined subtitle by subtitle to find exact boundaries, and local code merges the intervals and maps them to video time.
The README keeps auto-skip behind conservative thresholds and says model judgment can still be wrong; for important viewing it recommends turning auto-skip off and confirming marks manually.
A TypeSafe account with an API key created at console.typesafe.ai, set in the extension popup with SDK TypeSafe Jev, base URL https://api.typesafe.ai and model jev-latest. Videos without subtitles also need Groq speech recognition and a Groq API key.
Download the Chrome ZIP from Releases and load it unpacked in chrome://extensions with developer mode on, or build from source with npm ci, npm test and npm run build:chrome, then load the builds/chrome directory; Firefox manifests are also included.
The repository and release contain no API keys; your key is stored with chrome.storage.local in your browser profile. Subtitle text, video titles and ad candidates are sent to the configured model provider for analysis, so review the README's privacy notes.
It is a fork at upstream commit 1a3956c that adds the TypeSafe Jev provider and two-stage Jev detection and isolates Jev caching, while keeping upstream OpenAI, Anthropic, custom fetch, Groq transcription, whitelist and cloud cache features. It is not an official upstream version.
