This is one of several Jev listings for the same project. The canonical entry is Awesome Jev — yibie.

About this project

Jev is not a chatbot and not a coding model. You send it application state plus a list of typed questions, and it returns one typed answer per question: a yes/no probability, one option from a list you defined, or a position on a scale you defined. It does not emit free text, which is why TypeSafe AI describes it as unable to hallucinate or produce a type error. The company reports inference 40–200x faster than frontier LLMs on comparable classification work, at $0.042 per million input tokens with output billed…

Highlights

  • Searchable companion site with filters for browsing tools and examples.
  • Coverage records note what was checked, link counts per source, and when.
  • Explains Jev as typed answers to state plus questions, with no free text.
  • Vendor speed and pricing figures are labeled as the vendor's own claims to check.

Watch out

Coverage depends on other directories answering each day; vendor speed and pricing figures are unverified here. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.

The typed-answer shape removes a category of data risk, not all of it. Zero data retention per surface, the legal set to read, and the controls that remain yours to run.
