About this project

Real-world use cases, open-source projects, benchmarks and criticism of Jev, TypeSafe AI's System One model — what people actually build with it, and where it actually fails. Three things make this different from the other Jev lists: It is not only GitHub. 201 of the 396 entries are Reddit threads, Hacker News posts, YouTube evaluations and blog write-ups — where most of the first-hand reporting actually happens.

Quoted from the project's README. Read the full README.

Highlights

  • Mixes code, reported use cases and critical analysis instead of only passing demos.
  • README is generated from data/entries.json so the dataset can be forked without scraping.
  • Keeps a dedicated section for limits, failures and disappointing benchmarks.
  • Groups entries into categories such as routing, extraction, guardrails and agent logic.

Watch out

A reading list and dataset, not a runnable tool; platform signals are a popularity reading, never a quality score. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.

The typed-answer shape removes a category of data risk, not all of it. Zero data retention per surface, the legal set to read, and the controls that remain yours to run.
