- Install with npx libreharness init; add --yes for an unattended install.
- Code in bin/, plugins/, tests/, agents/, commands/, and skills/ is MIT; docs prose is CC BY 4.0.
Questions about this entry

Run npx libreharness init. The guided installer asks for the OpenCode config and state directories, copies the runtime, creates opencode.json only when none exists, and runs the environment check. Add --yes for an unattended install.
No. A missing key is a skip at the workflow level, and the quickstart and the full test suite do not need one. JEV_ENDPOINT and JEV_KEY_FILE are configurable, and JEV_MODEL can be set to a model your endpoint offers.
It sends a task plus a diff, a goal plan, or a close state to a typed-question endpoint and returns scores on seven quality axes, a ship/scope/test verdict, a plan gap, or a close-triage lesson as structured answers.
No. Jev is advisory and never merges, closes, or blocks a task by itself. The operator or the reviewing agent makes the decision, and Jev is one input rather than the deciding gate.
The queue is stdlib Python plus Linux file locking, with no database, no server, and no third-party Python package. The four local plugins use Node built-ins.
Code in bin/, plugins/, tests/, agents/, commands/, skills/, and JSON configuration is MIT, as are README, CONTRIBUTING, SECURITY, GOVERNANCE, and CHANGELOG. Narrative documentation under docs/**/*.md is CC BY 4.0.
Trivial changes skip the queue by design. The workflow scales process to risk, so a typo does not get a brief, a review, and an evidence gate, while changes to auth, secrets, data, or a public API get a closer look.
