X402check

x402 risk-check provider that scores agent counterparties before payment: OFAC, phishing and drainer feeds, transaction simulation, drainer-kit fingerprints and a Jev model reading context for injected instructions, issuing an ES256-signed attestation per verdict.

About this project

LIVE: · did:web:x402check.xyz · $0.001 per evaluation with prepaid credits, or per call via x402 ($0.0035 on Base; $0.005 with transaction simulation) · discovery · DID document · JWKS. x402check is an x402 risk-check provider (wire format of x402 PR #2422). You call it before an agent or a wallet pays or signs, and it checks the counterparty. It combines provider-verified evidence with a typed model: the OFAC SDN list, refreshed daily;

Quoted from the project's README. Read the full README.

Highlights

  • Every verdict is an ES256 JWS with a 1-hour TTL listing what the provider verified versus what the caller merely asserted.
  • Prepaid credits cost $0.001 per check; per-call x402 pricing is $0.0035 on Base and $0.005 with transaction simulation.
  • Jev reads the context the agent acted on for injected or manipulated instructions and contributes model penalties and caps.
  • A reported 540-call scale run reached 99.76% at threshold 65-75 with 0 false positives, at ~$0.00005 per decision and p50 ~400 ms.
  • The README's scope note is explicit: it does not see laundering or transaction-graph behavior, and a clean verdict means no check fired, not safe.

Watch out

MIT licensed, but every evaluation is paid and caller assertions can only raise risk, never lower it. A clean verdict means 'none of these checks fired', not that a counterparty is safe.
