Codex ChatGPT Jev Switch

It decides, task by task, when Codex should hand work to web ChatGPT (drafting a plan first, finding a root cause after repeated failures, or reviewing a risky change) and when it should switch back and finish small follow-ups itself. The original codex-with-chatgpt switching was fully manual; this fork automates those handoffs.

On intake it answers 8 typed questions — task type, change scope, whether design trade-offs are needed, goal clarity and four risk classes — which code weights into a score. During runs it counts repeated command failures, and at wrap-up code alone checks change size, sensitive files like auth, payment, migrations or CI, and test status.

Behaviour falls back to the original C2C: nothing is escalated automatically and nothing is skipped.
