About this project

Jevinik is a stock decision terminal that retrieves live market evidence with Valyu and estimates whether a stock will trade higher in 30 days. Jevinik uses Jev, TypeSafe AI's System One evaluation model, to make typed, probabilistic decisions without calling a general-purpose generative LLM. The interface reports the probability of a higher price, overall outlook, evidence quality, category-level signals, supporting sources, evidence retrieval time, decision time, and browser-observed completion time.

Quoted from the project's README. Read the full README.

Highlights

  • Five Valyu searches run in parallel across market, company, industry, analyst, and macro evidence.
  • Jev evaluates a compact evidence state with typed boolean, score, and choice questions.
  • Bloomberg-inspired terminal shows probability, outlook, evidence quality, and source inspection.
  • Separate data, decision, and browser-observed timings plus a POST /api/analyze endpoint.

Watch out

Requires Valyu and Vercel AI Gateway keys with access to valyu-stocks and typesafe-ai/jev; SEC filings are disabled in the flow and estimates may be incomplete. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.

The request shape barely changes across surfaces; the surrounding contract does. When to call the API directly and when a gateway, a Worker binding, or a router entry earns its extra hop.
