System One Security Triage

A reproducible 100-case demo that runs TypeSafe's Jev decision model against OpenAI's Terra and Anthropic's Opus on identical synthetic security evidence, then renders the recorded JSON to a static dashboard with no credentials in the browser.

About this project

The current focus is a reproducible 100-case recorded demo comparing three models on identical security evidence: Jev is the model making the first set of decisions—not the name of the benchmark or dashboard. The browser only renders saved JSON artifacts. It contains no provider credentials, backend, or runtime model calls. The frozen synthetic TypeScript/Node.js corpus covers three vulnerability families and three expected outcomes:

Quoted from the project's README. Read the full README.

Highlights

  • Frozen synthetic TypeScript/Node corpus across injection, broken access control and SSRF, split 34 vulnerable, 33 safe, 33 insufficient context.
  • Five passes per case, 1,500 recorded decisions, and a builder that refuses any run where one evaluator returned a single outcome every time.
  • Model-visible evidence is label-neutral: span paths carry no disposition words and the private contextResolution metadata is never sent.
  • Jev answers one five-way typed Choice and its full distribution gets a multiclass Brier score, scored like Terra and Opus with no threshold between.

Watch out

This is a descriptive synthetic demo, not a statistically powered benchmark and not a claim of model superiority. The live site serves one recorded run directory, and the local preview you can run without a key is explicitly simulated rather than model output. Reproducing a real three-model run needs macOS, Codex CLI, Claude Code, a TYPESAFE_API_KEY, roughly 3.3 hours and about $40. Three earlier run directories are marked SUPERSEDED because the corpus leaked labels through file paths or left broken-access-control cases undecidable, and the dashboard build rejects them by corpus hash. The larger Semgrep and AST based benchmark is described as in progress and is not the published result. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.
