Yes. You load the unpacked extension, pick the model source, save a hotkey and press start. The page has to expose a compatible window.werhd player API, and pages already open before you install should be refreshed once so the hotkey listener loads. Defaults to Alt+Shift+J on the game page only.
A 401, 402 or 403 shows the exact status and stops control immediately. Restarting is manual, after the service recovers or you change the configuration. There is also a default cap of 2000 requests per match, which is not a match or spend limit, and the agent will not pick up the next match by itself.
The key stays in local extension storage, is not synced, not injected into the game page and not written to logs. Saving requests access only to the API domain you typed, and content scripts, the state interface and the floating window cannot read it. Changing the service domain means re-entering it, since a saved key is never sent elsewhere.
The README calls the local Laya path free, shareable over a LAN and experimental, with decision quality clearly below Jev. It avoids the key and per-call billing. The documented fixes were driven by its failures: one recorded Laya game chose to wait 480 times in a row without ever rebuilding a refinery.

Match history is kept in the browser, up to 100 games each with its full decision log, while the decision log holds about 2,000 entries or 4 MB and drops the oldest first; both export as JSON from the dashboard page.
It can save a battle report JSON to Downloads/jev-reports, bundling that game's record, funding, force and loss curves and its decision log. No save dialog appears and no key is included.
