Point totals move. Latency claims come from the project page, not this short thread.
Questions about this entry

Mostly the stack. The author credits a custom fast path on NVIDIA Blackwell hardware and notes the same model on stock vLLM took roughly 60 ms, so the headline number is not a portable property of the model.
No. A small hand-written controller handles aiming and walking while the model only picks the best option from a fixed nine-item menu each step. The entry makes the same point: this runs on the open model on the operator's engine, not the hosted API.
Nothing. The demo shows a bot choosing among nine hand-picked actions, with no labeled task, no ground truth and no accuracy measurement. It demonstrates latency and menu-scoring mechanics, and nothing about decision quality on your data.
Not from what is documented. The weights are open, but the speed claim depends on Blackwell GPUs and a hand-tuned path, and the thread offers no serving recipe, throughput target or cost comparison for ordinary hardware.
DJev, or DiffusionGemma-as-Jev from github.com/mmastrac/djev, runs Google's open DiffusionGemma-26B-A4B as a decision model. Each step scores every option on a fixed menu in one forward pass and plays the best one.
Nine: rush, strafe, circle, take cover, build a wall, draw the bow, lay a lava trap, crit and back off. A small hand-written controller handles the aiming and walking while the model only picks a move.
It is open at mc.alexzms.com and needs Java 1.9 or newer. The author says they are happy to answer questions about the serving side.
