Noul at or above 0.8 hides, 0.5 to 0.8 collapses to a one-line bar, below 0.5 keeps; ad Choice needs commercial probability plus margin over normal content.

Does my API key or feed leave my machine?

Yes. The key is pasted in settings, stored only in the local browser, and requests go only to api.typesafe.ai with no middle server or telemetry.

Does every card burn tokens on every scroll?

Bilibili home ad cards matching adapter signals are hidden with no Jev call, manual keyword rules skip the model, and identical content is cached seven days.

What licence is it under, and can I install it without building?

GPL-3.0, deliberately, so derivatives have to stay open rather than be commercialised closed. Installation is build-free: clone or unzip the repository, turn on developer mode in Chrome, load the unpacked extension from the folder holding manifest.json, then paste a key in the settings page and confirm the connection test. After a code update you reload the extension from chrome://extensions and refresh the open page.

What does it actually send to Jev?

Only the page domain and title, the content's title, author and tags, a summary of at most 150 characters, and coarse signals such as whether a sponsored badge, price, or buy button is present. It never sends the body text, images, the full URL, cookies, form values, or any personal data, and pages with a password field or a payment iframe are not analysed at all.

How does the author-collapsing rule work?

After five consecutive items from the same author come back as not interesting, that author is collapsed for the rest of the session without further model calls. There are two more correction paths: clicking expand on a collapsed item restores it and pins it permanently so it is never collapsed again, and the seven-day fingerprint cache stops identical content from being judged twice.
