About this project

Jev-class judgment from frozen open models — computation, not training. Vector source: assets/architecture.svg. Two frozen readers answer a yes/no judgment per option; the fit-free router turns their agreement into a confidence, an auto-release gate and a guaranteed candidate set. Constants: recipes/routing.yaml.

Quoted from the project's README. Read the full README.

Highlights

  • Pairs two off-the-shelf quantized readers with pair and choice readouts, fused by fixed weights with no fine-tuning or training corpus.
  • Turns reader agreement into combined confidence, a Chow auto-release gate, and split-conformal candidate sets with a recalibration procedure.
  • Offers fast, general, and high compute modes that trade one-readout speed against cascaded full-path precision and compute savings.
  • Runs over local model servers with a dependency-light Python CLI for selftest, single reads, batch evaluation, calibration, and flip checks.

Watch out

Research release, not medical advice; thresholds are distribution-specific so recalibrate on your own data. Timings are model compute only and some unreadable items were excluded. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.
