About this project

Chrome extension. Every post and reply on X gets a label — Substance · Humor · Chit-chat · Promo · Junk — plus two flags: AI-written and Off-topic (not about tech). You choose which labels to hide. Powered by TypeSafe Jev. About $0.00003 per post. Timeline — hidden posts collapse to one line; each post shows its label and AI-written % Popup — flip any label between Show and Hide. Open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, click Load unpacked, pick the sift folder.

Quoted from the project's README. Read the full README.

Highlights

  • Five content labels plus AI-written and tech-relevance flags next to the author.
  • Per-label Show/Hide popup with Signal, Balanced and Everything presets.
  • Collapsed one-line hidden posts with folding, expand and per-account overrides.
  • Local stop-phrase filters and optional dimming, label-only and reply filtering.

Watch out

Search pages stay native with no scoring or collapsing, and default hiding plus strictness settings change what you see so review the popup before trusting the feed. Copy reviewed against the repository README on 2026-10-04, not from running it.
