Definition
Every question has an ID you choose, a type (choice, score, or noul), and instructions that state exactly what to judge. Choice and Score questions also take criteria, which define the options or levels; Noul takes optional criteria describing what yes and no mean.
Questions in one request are independent: one answer never becomes hidden context for another. They run in parallel, and adding questions barely changes response time, which is why asking many narrow questions per request is the recommended style.
