Definition

DocJev extracts page text locally and asks Jev for ordered categories and page ranges. Splitting instructions tell the model to keep continuation pages together and to treat a new invoice reference as a new document even when the category matches. On a 40-document pilot Jev split 7 of 8 packets exactly.

Classification of a whole file is the simpler call: one category, probabilities, and a review flag. Both still need a TypeSafe key. Local OCR does not make inference offline.
